Order not fulfilled correctly, not replacedf
I ordered two-sided bookmarks, but they arrived with art on only one side. They refused to acknowledge their mistake, but did offer to replace the order at cost. I accepted that offer, but they never fulfilled it or followed up, so now I have to spend extra on branding bookmarks that were supposed to be branded in the first place. Too bad their customer service was lacking, otherwise I would continue to use their services.
